The Site's Limited Role

This is a private reference site, not an official San Saba County or Texas government service. It does not store official records, confirm whether someone is in custody, order or carry out a release, file a records request, or submit papers to a court or corrections agency.

Its pages point readers toward public resources maintained by the San Saba County Sheriff, receiving jails such as Bell County Jail, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, courts, and other record custodians. Some pages also connect visitors with outside research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use of this site must remain lawful, respectful, and consistent with these conditions.

No Consumer Reports

San Saba County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. By using these pages, you agree not to apply their information to:

• Decisions to hire, retain, promote, discipline, or dismiss a worker;
• Tenant selection, rental decisions, or other housing screening;
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance rates and eligibility;
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit or program; or
• Any other decision regulated by the FCRA.

Websites Outside Our Control

Links may lead to jail and release records, sheriff and corrections sites, government portals, legal-aid information, or outside search services. Those sites operate under their own rules. We do not control their content, availability, security, or treatment of submitted data. Review an outside provider's terms and privacy practices before using it.

Service Without Warranties

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, no express or implied warranty is made that:

• Information will always be accurate, complete, or current;
• The site will remain continuously available;
• Every bug, error, or security weakness will be absent; or
• A partner search will return every potentially relevant result.

Custody status, facility assignments, release dates, and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from the San Saba County Sheriff, Bell County Jail, TDCJ, a court, or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the greatest extent allowed by applicable law, San Saba County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, and content partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access to, inability to access, or use of the site, its information, or a linked service.

Your Duty to Indemnify
